Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times & Rates Standard delivery times and rates are displayed at checkout. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave a notification card. Please follow the instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
